BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

"Enthusiasm can start a business—but it can't sustain it without a system. That's precisely why we decided not to do everything ourselves, but to seek out partners who know how to take a business to the next level. The Better Business program and business consulting from the Mokrogorska Business School helped us step out of our daily operations and view the company from the perspective of growth and sustainability. For the first time, we weren't alone—a team of experts objectively looked at everything we'd built, recognized the potential, and clearly showed us what and how we could do better. We learned how to listen to the numbers, how not to skip the system, and how important it is sometimes to let others look under the hood. Not because we don't know what we're doing—but because we know how much better we can be. This wasn't just theory—it was concrete progress. Thank you, Mokrogorska, for being our partners in that process."

"Our reasons for seeking business consulting were multiple. Primarily, we wanted to optimize our internal processes and procedures to increase our business's efficiency and productivity. We also needed a deeper analysis of the organization's current state to identify potential risks and opportunities for growth. Our expectations after the program were clearly defined KPIs, improved processes and procedures, and a clearer organizational structure that would support our business goals. Our experience with Mokrogorska's business consulting was very positive. Nemanja and Milenko proved to be extremely professional and dedicated to our project. Every phase of the process was clearly defined, and communication was transparent. They used a systematic approach to analyze the current state of our organization and provided us with concrete and practical recommendations that we could implement immediately. The greatest value of business consulting at Mokrogorska so far has been their ability to identify key areas for improvement and offer concrete solutions tailored to our needs."

I decided to enroll in the Better Business program because I wanted to learn something new and improve my company’s operations. During less than a year at the school, I met wonderful people—diverse in every way—who add a special touch to learning and sharing experiences. Through these encounters, along with top-quality content and practical knowledge, I gained a new perspective. Mokrogorska has become a place for me where inspiration turns into concrete steps, and ideas into strategies. The knowledge I acquired helped me to clearly see the next stages of growth. I would recommend it to anyone who wants more, wants better—and is not afraid to invest in themselves and their business.

Enrolling in Mokrogorska School was a pivotal turning point in my professional development. The program helped me view business and leadership from a completely new perspective, break free from ingrained patterns, and develop innovative approaches to the market. Alongside excellent instructors and relevant practical knowledge, what stands out most are the people I met there—top professionals who are now part of my personal and business network. Mokrogorska empowered me to adapt more quickly to changes, make bolder decisions, and better understand my role as a leader. Thank you, Mokrogorska, for creating a space where authenticity and knowledge meet and encourage us to become the best version of ourselves.
