Foundation Activities and Goals

The primary focus of the Nikola M. Jovanović Foundation is to provide and allocate funds to children of single parents, as well as to award scholarships to talented students in secondary and higher education, as well as to university students in our country. In addition to supporting education and assisting those most in need within the Mokrogorska community and beyond, the Nikola M. Jovanović Foundation will also engage in organizing professional gatherings, consultations, seminars, and other forms of education in the areas of human, civil, and minority rights, gender equality, civil society, regional development, sustainable development, culture, science and education, sports, and youth.

The Foundation’s First Project

The first goal is to support Nikola’s family and to secure funds for the upbringing and education of his three children Once we achieve the Foundation’s first, and currently most important goal, we will continue to support other children who are in need. For now, the focus will be on children's education, but the Foundation may have a broader purpose and scope of work, which we will consider in the coming period.

How Can You Support the Work of the Foundation?

To ensure quality work and the achievement of the Foundation’s goals, continuity is key—it is better for each person to contribute 500, 1,000, or 2,000 RSD monthly and make those payments regularly than to make a one-time, larger donation. The best solution—so you don’t have to think about whether you remembered to donate—is a standing order, which anyone can set up at their bank. In this way, the bank transfers the specified amount to the Foundation’s account once a month.

Payment Options

To make donations easier, we have created a payment slip that contains all the necessary payment information. The slip includes a QR code for those using electronic banking. Simply scan the QR code from your banking app, and the payment form will be generated automatically. QR code payment is available for individual donors.
