A trainer, consultant, Gestalt coach, and psychotherapist under supervision, she gained her 27 years of experience in all forms of crisis communication, stress management, and team collaboration while working at the Ministry of Internal Affairs, primarily focusing on issues of terrorism and organized crime.

Full Biography

In addition to graduating from the Academy of Criminalistic and Police Studies, Tatjana continued her personal and professional development through education in NLP, business and family constellations, and a four-year study at the Gestalt Psychotherapy Institute.
As a lecturer, she conducts trainings and workshops in business and crisis communication, negotiation skills, assertive communication, emotional intelligence, as well as interpersonal skills development through personal growth and development groups.

She is a regular lecturer and trainer at the Center for Crisis Management and Negotiation and a long-standing associate and lecturer at the Republic Agency for Peaceful Settlement of Labor Disputes and Mediation.

Tatjana Kljun has also conducted trainings for the Agency for Peaceful Settlement of Labor Disputes and Mediation of the Republic of Montenegro, as well as for the private sector, strengthening their perception, potential, and integrity. She speaks and writes fluently in Spanish and English and has working knowledge of Italian and Portuguese.
