Milenko Andrić

Biography

Milenko Andrić is the Deputy Director of Mokrogorska and a partner at Mokrogorska Business School.

He has been employed at Mokrogorska since the beginning of his career. For the past five years, as part of the management team, he has been involved in building the best business school in the region.

He completed his primary and secondary education in Višegrad. 2009. He enrolled at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences in Belgrade. He graduated in 2014 with a thesis on Project Management and earned the title “Graduate Engineer of Organizational Sciences.” 2019. He enrolled in master’s studies in Digital Transformation at the Faculty of Economics, Finance and Administration (FEFA).

He actively participated in redefining Mokrogorska’s mission, vision, values, and in defining the five-year strategy for 2022–2027. Besides his core responsibilities, his tasks at Mokrogorska include business process mapping, international accreditation, and participation in consulting and lecturing projects primarily for the SME sector.

2020. He was selected among 30 successful young people in Serbia, “30 under 30,” in a selection organized by BIZLife magazine.

He has attended many professional trainings, including Scrum Master, Design Thinking, and Financial Management.

His areas of interest are Strategy, Management, Project Management, and Business Process and Business Model Improvement.

He is a certified PI Practitioner.

He is a member of the Board of the Nikola M. Jovanović Foundation.

Milenko enjoys sports and history, and his favorite business motto is “Res Non Verba,” which in Serbian means “Deeds, not words.”

Milenko is married to Bojana, with whom he has a daughter, Dunja, and a son, Miloš.
